This is to express appreciation for all the efforts, and where they are headed!
If I would have anything regional to offer, it is a quiet concern for dealing with these issues in coastal and low-lying areas that are flood-prone, or have serious flood potential from hurricanes.  That seems to pose additional challenges.
Also, I have observed that  professional persons in private enterprise will argue against any requirement such as visitability if it is not in Code.  They say the ideas are good, but draw a (bottom?) line when it could cost their clients anything more than what Codes require.
